Supply Chain Act
The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) regulates corporate responsibility for the observance of human rights and the protection of the environment in global supply chains.
MONTAPLAST GmbH is subject to the LkSG and published a corresponding policy statement in 2024. We are committed to due diligence and have implemented the appropriate structures and processes.
Supplier CoC
MONTAPLAST is committed to complying with comprehensive environmental and social standards towards employees, customers and suppliers. We expect the same from our business partners.
Reporting System
In order to concretize our value-driven corporate culture and meet the legal requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), we ask all business partners not to look the other way in the event of compliance violations, risks or even violations of human rights or environmental concerns, but to actively report them.
Declaration
MONTAPLAST takes its responsibility to respect human rights and protect the environment along global supply chains very seriously and therefore signed a corresponding declaration of principles in 2024.
